Explore functional health, discover the benefits of healthy water, take the plunge with an ice bath, move and breathe through yoga, experience the transformative practice of EFT, relax into a healing sound bath, and unwind with massage.

Whether you’re curious about new approaches to wellness or simply looking for a little time to reset and recharge, there’s something for everyone. Come learn, connect with local wellness practitioners, and experience different ways to support your health — all in the welcoming community of your co-op.

Spring Equinox Metaphysical Festival

Saturday, March 21, 2026 from 6pm-9pm

The Natural Living Spring Equinox Event is a seasonal celebration welcoming the return of longer days, renewal, and fresh beginnings. The event brings together the community for a day of natural wellness, local vendors, herbal education, and wholesome food from the café. Guests can explore holistic products, learn about natural living practices, and connect with others who share a passion for healthy, intentional lifestyles.

A vibrant evening celebrating art, community, and local culture. As part of the historic district festivities, Natural Living Co-op & Café welcomes guests to explore local artwork, enjoy organic food and drinks from the café, and connect with artists and neighbors throughout the space. It’s a relaxed, creative night where wellness, art, and community come together in the heart of League City.

This special event honored two decades of community, wellness, and natural living. We celebrated the journey from a small buying club to a thriving co-op with organic food, herbal wellness, and a café that has served the community for years. The celebration featured local vendors, great food, special activities, and a chance to connect with the customers, farmers, and friends who helped make the past 20 years possible
