Energetic Conscious Cooking Class

Class held inside Natural Living
Raw Foodist, herbalist and Food co-op owner Lisa Piper will be teaching this class on Energetic Conscious cooking. In this series you will learn how to incorporate a variety of Energetic practices to receive more nourishment from your cooking. We will be playing with color and music tones as well as learning how to include sacred geometry, hand mudras, numbers and more. Lisa will take you through a food and harvest meditation to relearn how to deeply connect with food in a conscious way.
This is a 3 part series and each class may be taken individually or as the whole series. Participants will take home a notebook filled with all recipes, informational material, resources and more.
Inclusive Cost:

Earth Day Event/Freecycle Event
April 22 Sat
9am-4pm
Freecycle/recyle event- Bring your gently used unwanted items to share with someone else for free. Then come and take home someone elses unwanted treasures. This is essentially a FREE garage sale!
We simply ask that you set up your items in the driveway and back yard of the co-op by 9am and that you must commit to removing all remaining items by 4pm when we close. (There are a couple of thrift stores that will accept donations withing a couple of blocks from us).
We will also have live music, kids eco-art projects and face painting. Bring the family and have some fun with us celebrating Earth Day!

Kids' Cooking class
Next class TBA Mondays 4pm-6pm
Ages 6-9
Ages 10-18
(classes meet at the same time but will be seperated)
Classes taught by Piper Hommel and Lisa Piper
Kids will learn how to cook with healthy allergen free organic whole foods and have fun doing it. This hands-on class will help them develop basic cooking skills while exploring flavorings and new foods with their friends. They will go home with a notebook filled with skills and recipes they will love.
This is a 8 week course that will meet every Monday evening from Jan 31 to March 27
Cost: $179 for the full 8 weeks (co-op members pay only $149)
